Mistura
This Spanish ice cream shop is well known for its healthy offer, low in fats and sugar. The owners, two young Spanish men, were inspired by a shop they saw in India, where they learnt new ways of mixing flavors and textures. The shop is located in Augusto Figueroa 5 and there is another one near Plaza Mayor, in Ciudad Rodrigo 6. In this place you can also order breakfast or have a nice piece of cheesecake, among other pastries. This shop also has lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan products.
La Romana
Located in San Bernardo 96 and in Paseo de la Habana 27, this ice cream shop is 100% Italian and is well known for its variety of flavors, offering around 60 different fruit flavors throughout the year. They also sell milkshakes and yogurts with different toppings such as almonds, muesli and chocolate, among others.
Lolo
In the heart of Malasaña, this ice cream shop sells traditional ice lollies (popsicles) made from 100% natural ingredients and interesting combinations of flavors. Their offer includes avocado and chile & mango.
Rocambolesc
If you are a Willy Wonka fan, then this is definitely the place to go! Located in Serrano 52, it’s inspired by the famous tale. There are 6 flavors and up to 32 toppings that you can choose from.
Los Alpes
One of the oldest ice cream shops in Madrid, this place was launched in the 50’s offers more than 45 flavors. Located near Moncloa, one of their most famous flavors is the egg yolk ice cream, a must if you decide to stop by!
